Being adaptable and flexible regarding our work environment was something that was forced upon us by the pandemic. Before Covid-19, flexible, remote working set-ups that allowed employees to move between home and office, were really only afforded to those who worked for “progressive” organisations. In the post-pandemic world, these sort of working situations, now being referred to as “Hybrid Working” look set to become a common fixture throughout the world of work.

In this week’s blog I had the pleasure to speak with Darren Randolph, the #One Goalkeeper for the Republic of Ireland and West Ham United. The purpose of this week’s blog was to speak with Darren about his career to date and the importance of hard work, discipline and consistency. Darren is playing at the highest level in English football but has worked hard to get to where is. We spoke in detail for over an hour about his journey and I’ve no doubt people reading this will be inspired. I reached out to Darren and was “shocked” at how supportive, humble and genuine he
was. In todays society it is hard to get even a “seen” never mind a reply or a phone call!
In this weeks podcast I had the pleasure to speak with Greg O'Shea, getting to know the man before and after Love Island.
Greg hit our screens in 2019 as a contestant on Love Island, spending twelve days in the Villa and going on to win the show along with Amber Gill. Greg became an instant celebrity, but in our podcast he explains why he continued to follow his dreams and why he didn't get dragged into the spotlight. Greg spoke about his childhood, his setbacks, his discipline and his future. I hope you enjoy!
In this weeks episode (first audio recorded version) I had the pleasure to speak with Michael Maisey. Michael is one of my own personal inspirations, I am delighted to be able to share his inspiring story with our followers. I started to follow Michael over a year ago. Going through my own personal journey I took inspiration from Michael and decided to take some ownership over my own destiny. I got speaking with Michael a few months ago, his encouragement, empathy and direction inspired me to make so big personal changes, I hope our listeners are as inspired as I am.
My words couldn't do justice for Michaels inspiration, I would highly recommend taking a half hour out and listening to his powerful, inspirational and loving story. Once you've listened I would again highly recommend following him on Instagram and if in a position buy his book.
