Transport Administrator, €28,000 - €30,000/year, Parkwest (Dublin 12)

We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to support the everyday operations of our company. The responsibilities of an Operations Administrator include, but are not limited to, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.


To succeed as an Operations Administrator, you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, an Operations Administrator of high quality should be organised and thrive in a dynamic working environment.


Operations Administrator Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in business administration, facility management or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask.


Operations Administrator Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of inventory and organisation of purchasing orders. 
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Creation and updating of company databases.
  • Ensuring daily liaison with service providers.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as/when assigned.
  • Keeping track of inventory and organisation of purchasing orders.  
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment
  • Daily/weekly administration reports on transport:

                   o   Scheduled review of all delivery metrics to ensure completion on the day.

                   o   Daily driver paperwork handling (social forms, expense claims).

                   o   Insurance reports (claims, motor accidents / incidents).

                   o   Monitoring of telematics and ensuring these remain in line with business    expectations.
