Talent Acquisition Specialist, up to €50,000 (Dublin)

We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our customer for a role based in Dublin. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for hiring talent across all teams in Dublin and will proactively partner with hiring managers in attracting the best talent to our customers company. The TA Specialist will work alongside the HR Partner and will report directly to the Head of People Services. The salary for this role is up to €50,000.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Have full responsibility for all external hiring and recruitment initiatives across all business areas
• Engage with the HR Partner on internal mobility opportunities for open roles
• Manage employee referrals for open roles across the org
• Screen and filter direct applicants for vacancies and proactively source for prospective candidates
• Raise requisitions and post roles on relevant external job boards
• Monitor and manage branding/attraction across recruitment platforms
• Manage all open requisitions and candidates on ATS system (Workday)
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and leverage where required
• Conduct candidate phone screenings and coach candidates for successful interview
• Provide excellent candidate experience for all candidates and provide prompt feedback to all applicants
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for relevant vacancies
• Manage weekly recruitment reporting/pipeline data and coordinate updates for key stakeholders
• Engage with and drive TA process improvement projects

 

Skills & Experience:
• 2-3 years of recruitment/TA experience
• Experience working on a sales desk in agency/experience working in-house in a sales environment
• Recruitment experience in multilingual sales is preferred
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with colleagues, managers and stakeholders
• A strong passion for faced-paced recruitment and a drive to succeed
• Experience of coordinating screens and interviews
• Experience with ATS functionality preferably with Workday
• Strong capability using LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms
