Sales Assistant, full time, permanent, £75/day, Lisburn (Co. Down)

As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for promoting and highlighting the benefit of TVAV products. This will include the most up to date 8K TV's, recently released phones and recently launched laptops.

Your success will be measured on your ability to achieve sales targets, store compliance, training store colleagues and providing information about customer trends.

As the face of the brand, you will focus on meeting the needs of customers and bring these to life through delivering the best in class service.

Working alongside your Territory Sales Manager you will look for opportunities for growth and taking ownership of brand's presence and share of business in the store.

Package: £75 a day and bonus structure

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand and product advocacy within the store, through building relationships, delivering training and supporting in-store colleagues to fully appreciate TV AV portfolio of products. 
  • Sell our range of products using the company's Sales Framework to match shoppers needs.
  • Take a proactive approach in-store with prospective customers, engaging customers through product demonstrations and lifestyle questions to ensure all set sales targets are met.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues in store and share knowledge to them via training
  • Fully understand and maximise all brand and retailer led Promotions
  • Ensure store displays, point of sale and promotion installations are to exacting standards.
  • Manage your time effectively to maximise your presence on the shop floor
  • Keep product knowledge current by completing weekly E-Learning as applicable
  • Take full responsibility for monitoring and delivering against KPIs and ensure these are always front of mind; this includes not only sales and mystery shop performance but also how the brand is performing overall in the store which will be driven by your relationships and the knowledge you impart with store colleagues, and how it is represented in store.
  • Be a true brand advocate measured through great feedback from store staff, clients, and shoppers.
  • Provide key insight to the business through reporting surveys, photos, observations etc.
  • Maintain a professional appearance while in-store to ensure the brand is well represented.
  • Following health and safety guidelines and store procedures at any given time.
  • Complete all administrative tasks as requested

 

Qualifications:

  • Have a passion for technology and a good understanding of TVAV products
  • Experience working in customer service or a competitive retail environment and an ability to build strong relationships by establishing a rapport through questioning and listening
  • A self-starter who has a proactive mindset towards your daily duties and responsibilities
  • The ability to identify and recommend opportunities for the brand
  • Experience teaching/ training people on a product or service
  • Ability to manage your own time to be as effective as possible within the working week and store
  • Experience using features and benefits to influence and persuade Decision Makers
  • Experience working with a database reporting system
  • Confident and engaging with your communication style in order to influence Decision Makers
  • Previous experience within a sales environment and working to set targets
