Retention Agent, €28,000- €30,000 (Dublin 12)

We are recruiting for Retention Agent's to join our customers growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based in Dublin 12 (close to the Luas Line). The basic salary is between €28,000 - €30,000 DOE with commission on top.


Key Responsibilities:

- Renegotiating customer contracts
- Minimising churn for new and existing customers through phone, SMS, email contact
- Combined re-active and pro-active telephone retention of existing customers
- Updating historical customer account issues
- Maintaining and updating daily metrics, KPI’s etc.
- Mainly inbound calls however will be required to make Outbound calls also


Required Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 12 months experience in a call centre role
- Sales or retention experience is essential
- Proven ability to work to strict targets to help achieve the team objectives
- Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office required
- Considerable attention to detail desired, problem-solving ability and takes pride in their work
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
- Excellent numerical skills an advantage
- Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
- Experience in a customer centric industry is a key requirement
- Excellent written and oral communication
