Regional Sales Manager, €45k, Westmeath
We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for €45k in Westmeath and nationwide.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
- Delivery of team KPIs, sales and revenue targets
- Be a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and compliance
- Hands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existing
- Ability to tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members’ engagement and learning
- Support and lead the channel in the Client Service Manager’s absence
- Continuous identification and sharing of market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified and grasped within the team
- Ensure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations
- Robust communication routines with team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure effective planning, pipeline management, opportunity identification management and conversion
Qualifications:
- Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based B2B setting, including induction, personal development, performance management, quality and compliance
- Track record of managing teams to sales/revenue targets in B2B sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
- Demonstrable experience of end-to-end sales cycle management and of engaging with stakeholders from across all business segments and levels
- Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office

- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset – able to interrogate data / performance metrics to identify trends and corresponding actions
- Full Irish driving licence
- Fluent English
