PowerBI & CRM Analyst, €37,500 (Dublin)

We are recruiting a PowerBi & CRM Analyst for our customer in the utilities and energy sector. The focus of this role is to provide best in class data analysis and reporting through expert utilisation of the PowerBI platform and associated CRM applications. This will include design and development of data sets for the implementation of internal Power BI systems. The salary for this role is €37,500. 


 The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

- Building data sets on the PowerBI platform based on planning requirements

- Structuring data flow to meet platform requirements

- Building reporting data for internal and external partners

- Developing PowerBI data visualisation

- Testing core data for system outputs

- Refining data capture techniques and questions to enhance business intelligence outputs


Required Experience & Competencies:



- At least 1 year’s experience in PowerBI development

- Significant experience and understanding of CRM platforms and how they integrate with PowerBI

- Advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)



- Technical understanding of PowerBI system or DAX and power query computer languages

- Ability to understand the operational requirements of the business from internal programme development to employee activity on the ground

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and updates within the system

- Ability to assimilate data updates from a range of different sources

- Analytical mind able to assess the impact of changes to activities within the operation



- Experience communicating effectively with people from all levels within an organisation
- Research skills
- Practical presentation skills; confidence to communicate and present material in formal / meeting environment

Role KPIs and measures of success:

- Ownership of all assigned tasks, while ensuring integrity of data, and 100% delivery on-time

- Identify minimum two insights per month to generate additional value to customer

- Recommend and implement minimum one continuous improvement on process per month to drive efficiencies for the customer

- Immediate response and settlement to urgent queries from Clients/Field Managers/Reps.
