As our Restaurant Partnership Sales Manager, you will be tasked with onboarding restaurants to our new online booking platform,

 

Our customer is now focused on delivering a bespoke and sustainable model for restaurants and they have built a world-class restaurant booking platform that will be used to promote a highly appealing, discounted dining offer to customers. This dining offer has secured the full support of the associated National Restaurant and Tourism bodies.

You will oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and everything in between. Restaurants are looking for new channels to promote their business and this platform has already been very well received through the pre-launch phase. We are looking for a highly networked and passionate professional to interact and build genuine connections with restaurant managers/owners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial lead contact, management, and follow-up using our CRM system and
    established processes
  • Daily follow up with prospects
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and sales
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing prospects
  • Qualify contenders through an approval process
  • Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and its benefits
  • Build and sustain ongoing professional conversations and relationships throughout
    entire sales process
  • Achieve and ideally exceed monthly restaurant onboarding goals

  • Good communication and writing skills

 

 

Must-Haves:

  • 3 years or more of outbound sales experience
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General computer (PowerPoint/excel) and excellent email proficiency is a must
  • Positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Willingness to meet restaurants face to face and/or online
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced
    environment
  • Works well as part of an energetic and supportive team

Desirable:

  • Wide knowledge of the Irish hospitality market, particularly the restaurant sector
  • Experience with restaurants or other booking technology is a plus.

OTE: €50,000 per year
