Lead Qualification Team Leader, €48k basic + €13k commission, healthcare, Dublin

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of multilingual Lead Qualification Representatives. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of professionals looking for your guidance and lead-by-example exemplification of our client’s core values.



  • Manage a team of Lead Qualification Reps who will qualify leads on behalf of the client and will pass leads to associated vendors and partners.
  • Mentor the team to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers and demonstrate the ability to attract new customers
  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend
  • Continuously increase the effectiveness of the team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
  • Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance
  • Drive strong thought leadership within the LQR team
  • Adhere to global team goals & KPIs as prescribed by client
  • Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with the client contact
  • Take responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time-card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions



  • 2+ years of experience in managing inside sales team with specific focus on IT
  • Alternatively, Direct, B2B or tele sales experience preferably selling to Small &
  • Medium businesses with exposure to sales activity
  • You thrive in a high-energy environment and can be proactive in solving problems in and outside of your area
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Prior lead qualification and closing sales experience required
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, digital and written communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
  • Ability to streamline and develop workflows to increase the team’s effectiveness.
  • Customer orientated with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant computer software and hardware
  • You are familiar with Salesforce and are comfortable making data-driven decisions
