Inside Sales Executive, up to €30,000 (Cookstown, Dublin 24)

We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our customer, a cyber secruity specialist for a role based in Cookstown Dublin 24. The salary for this role is up to €30,000 DOE with a great commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Educate Businesses on the benefits of the customers products for their brand protection
- Sign up Business Customers for a FREE pilot
- Close warm leads provided and desktop lead build
- Build immediate rapport and trust on cold calls
- Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets
- Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
- Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects
- Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer

Functional Responsibilities:

- Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
- Proactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basis and be confident in the benefits of your product versus the competition
- Daily updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as requested by your line manager

Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the B2B sector or a Sales through Service environment
- Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment
- Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
- Agility to multi-task, specifically updating systems such as planners / Customer Application Forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects

Desirable:

- Inside sales experience
- Understanding and interest in online security / software solutions
- Awareness of the Irish business sectors and how the customers products could be presented

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
- Professional with the ability to create trust through effective listening to verbal and non-verbal cues and responding appropriately to individual Customers
- Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client

Package/ Benefits:

- Up to €30,000 basic salary DOE
- Earn uncapped monthly commission: €10,000 annual OTE
