Inside Sales Executive (Fluent in German), €40k + €7k OTE, Dublin
We are currently looking to recruit Senior Inside Sales Representative fluent in German. The role is focused on reaching out to current users, positioning the company’s business plan among current users of the platform. This role is all about outbound engagement and the role will incorporate digital outreach campaigning, customer trial engagement and full sales cycle tractions.
Key responsibilities and attributes for success
- To Get in touch with the already existing clients and upsell/upgrade the product from the pre-existing leads.
- Strict adherence to established sales processes
- Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to influence customers
- Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
- Use a number of efficiency and relationship management tools effectively
- Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline Required Education,
- Skills and Qualifications
- 3 Years + proven success of exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven environment
- Exposure to direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Fluency in German and English (Read, Write & Speak)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence
- Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork outstanding attention to detail
- A passion for sales with proven success in sales attainment
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology IT, software, or cloud sales experience preferred
- Online Demand Marketing awareness, understanding the modern “Inside Sales Playbook”.
Salary: €40,000 + €7,000 OTE
