Inside Sales Executive, €28k + OTE, Dublin

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and will be working from our Head Office in Cookstown, Dublin.

The role will involve the delivery of sales targets through acquisition of new customers and generating leads and closing sales in the SME Telecoms sector.

 

Package:

  • €38,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined customer base, selling remotely to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets
  • Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
  • Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects
  • Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced target driven role, ideally in the Business and/or Telecoms sector
  • Track record of delivering against targets, in a sales or comparably demanding environment
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Agility to multi-task, specifically updating systems such as
  • CRM/planner/Customer Application Forms in real-time whilst on calls with prospects so as to maximise talk time
