Inside Sales Coach, €55,000 OTE (South Dublin)
In this position you would represent one of the world’s leading tech giants. The Inside Sales player coach will be divided between owning a book of business as they work within an existing Enterprise customer account base & coaching a team of developing ISR’s.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the program manager the player coach will own a BOB
· Will be expected to lead by example
· Will carry a sales quota
· Coach ISR’s in the sales process to drive success
· Schedule client calls, business reviews and strategic activities
· Manage team forecast and forecasting communications to client
· Learn client personal computer devices with the ability to demo, sale, and share the full value add of the devices
· Identify and care for customer needs, business objectives, and success criteria
· Maintain relationships with customer accounts to continue driving future sales in the account base
· Maintain and leverage accurate customer records within CRM tool
· Support the development of a process to ensure meaningful customer touch and experience
· Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present and relevant
· Serve as solution and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
· Management and achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence
· Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations as needed
· Provide technical information for products and services
What’s required to be considered?
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience
· Minimum 2 years leadership experience
· Experience in complex sales processes
· Proven success in a quota driven, high demand sales environment
· Ability to work in highly dynamic, fast paced working environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
Package:
€45,000 Basic Salary + €10,000 bonus = €55,000 OTE
