Governance & Operations Manager, €45k, hybrid work, bonus scheme, Dublin

The focus of this critical management role is to provide company's Direct Sales Teams with clear governance, compliance and operational leadership. This will involve working closely with both sales managers and clients to provide direction, transparency and clarity on all matters pertaining to internal governance, safety, compliance, operations and logistics.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead and oversee Direct Sales internal governance policies and those of our clients
  • Monitor sales compliance across the Direct Sales department and proactively develop training protocols, compliance & safety checks and reporting structures
  • Support the Direct Sales operational activity through effective resource allocation and people management
  • Allocate / change resource requirements dependent on Clients /Business needs
  • Promote effective communication routes between the Sales & Operations
  • Teams, and between company and the client
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to management as required
  • Generate new ideas and ways of working focusing on efficiencies
  • Be a point of contact for the Account Manager for resource allocations

 

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a role with a demonstrable focus on governance & compliance
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operational management role
  • Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
