#10028 - Fundraising Team Leader, €30k - €35k basic, uncapped commission, car allowance, fuel card, Nationwide

The focus of this role is to train, coach, and motivate Fundraisers to deliver excellent quality, long-term donors. 



  • Provide field-based coaching and development to Fundraisers 
  • Motivate and inspire belief to ensure a culture of positivity and success pervades 
  • Able to naturally and confidently represent Humanitarian and Animal Charities 
  • Role-model the sales performances and behaviors expected from others 
  • Support and lead the channel in the National Sales Manager’s absence 
  • Achieve and exceed both personal and team sales targets and related KPIs 
  • Ensure the accounts are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external, and client guidelines and expectations 
  • Be prepared to proactively fundraise to ensure own competence on all Charity accounts and to contribute to the Charity performance targets on an ongoing basis 




  • A role-model of integrity, compliance, and best practice 
  • Exceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a D2D environment 
  • Confident communicator across all media types; able to motivate and influence others 
  • Excellent time management to effectively balance the requirement to deliver personal sales targets while supporting the wider team 
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly 
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance 
  • Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients 
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic 
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities 
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle
