Food & Beverage Supervisor, €28,000 (Dublin 15)
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist their colleagues in the Bar & Restaurant in ensuring all our customer guests receive the highest levels of customer care at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome our guests to the Hotel.
· Take food and drinks orders and deliver them in accordance with company standards.
· Answer any queries the guest may have on in house facilities as well as menu items
· Excellent customer care skills.
· Be able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to cope under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Previous experience is essential.
Salary: €28,000 per year
8 hour shift
Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
