Field Sales Team Leader €30k - €35k, car allowance, Dublin

The focus of this role is to train, coach and motivate the company's Fundraisers to deliver excellent quality long-term donors.

With previous D2D Fundraising/Residential Sales Leadership experience or currently working as a high performing D2D Fundraiser or D2D sales, you understand that the best way of instilling confidence and performance standards in others is by showing them how it's done and leading from the front with a hands on approach.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide field-based coaching and development to Fundraisers
  • Motivate and inspire belief to ensure a culture of positivity and success pervades
  • Able to naturally and confidently represent Humanitarian and Animal Charities
  • Role-model the sales performances and behaviours expected from others
  • Support and lead the channel in the National Sales Manager's absence
  • Achieve and exceed both personal and team sales targets and related KPIs
  • Ensure the accounts are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations
  • Be prepared to proactively fundraise to ensure own competence on all
  • Charity accounts and to contribute to the Charity performance targets on an on-going basis

 

Qualifications:

  • A role-model of integrity, compliance and best practice
  • Exceptional track record of high quality sales delivery in a D2D environment
  • Confident communicator across all media types; able to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent time management to effectively balance the requirement to deliver personal sales targets while supporting the wider team
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly
  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance
  • Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle
