Field Sales Representative, (€33,000 - €35,000 per year), Dublin

The focus of this role is to support our client by delivering exceptional sales donation levels through best in class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting.

Salary- 33K - 35K per annum OTE


Car required for this position


  • Manage a defined geographic territory fundraising directly to customers at their home
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and sales
  • Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage, your customer territory
  • Structured journey planning to maximise efficiency and volume of decision makers in the territory
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Ensure expert knowledge of your charity's services and activities at all times
  • Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer



  • Experience in a field sales role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
