We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative for On Trade Food Channel to work with our client. The role of the Business Development Representative is to develop new business and maximize sales across all products in his/her own territory.



  • Be a representative and brand advocate 
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans for new account outlets
  • To increase business and maximise sales for your own territory and that of your team
  • Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets
  • To understand and identify the needs of the customer
  • Communicate effectively with management and your team
  • Provide regular feedback/insights to your Line Manager
  • Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance
  • Maintain company standards at all times
  • To generate new ideas and ways of working
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
  • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager




  • Full driving licence is essential 
  • Previous experience in the Hospitality/On-Trade Channel a major plus
  • A good understanding of the Drinks/Hospitality sector
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Organisational and Communication Skills
  • Ability to use technology for reporting and communicating
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Target driven with an ambitious mind set
  • Must have energy and enthusiasm
