We are recruiting a Accounts Administration Executive for our customer for a role based in Cookstown, Dublin 24. The successful candidate in this role will ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase ledger and bank transaction posting as part of a busy finance team. The salary range for this role is between €25,000 - €29,000 DOE.

- System Administration
- New Vendor Set Up
- Vendor Management
- Purchase Order Management
- Purchase Invoice Processing
- Vendor Queries including payment queries
- Aged Creditor Reporting
- Statement Reconciliations
- Payment Proposals
- Banking Transactions
- Daily Bank Transaction Management
- Preparation of online banking payments
- Ad Hoc Duties

Qualifications
- 2 years operation accounts experience minimum
- Strong Excel & Word Skills required
- Excellent Communication Skills and team participation skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong administration and organisation skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Data processing / manipulation experience
