#10197 Receptionist- €25-30K /Year, Dublin 11

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced receptionist/ sales administrator based in Dublin 11. The salary for this role is €25-30K depending on experience. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a person who enjoys communicating with customers, working to deadlines and the responsibility of organising.



The Role:

  • First point of contact for all reception enquiries and provide professional front line service to all visitors
  • Maintain a welcoming and inviting reception experience
  • Assist with the planning and operation of events and meetings
  • Process orders as well as other Sales Admin: diary management – arrange meetings, etc
  • Liaise with customers in relation to their queries
  • Ensure the switchboard is maintained and operated professionally at all times
  • Marketing Support: letters, mailshots & various other marketing material
  • Market research and data analysis as required





  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Warm and friendly personality to provide excellent front of house service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Time management will be a crucial element for this role
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel essential
  • Mon – Friday 8.30- 5pm with one hour for lunch





  • Full-time permanent 
  • Salary: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
  • Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
