#10187 - Inside Sales Representative (fluent in German), €40k basic €7k bonus, benefits, Sandyford (Dublin)

We are currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative fluent in German for a basic salary of €40k with a €7k bonus and other benefits. 

What will you do?  

• Get in touch with new brands and entrepreneurs, ensure they are aligned with our culture, and use the pre-existing leads
• Onboard these brands to the platform
• Strict adherence to established sales processes     
• Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to engage with and influence customers     
• Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services     
• Maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline 
• Grow your region's market and take full ownership of your Book of Business

Skills & Qualifications:  

• Fluency in German (Read, Write & Speak)     
• Proven success of exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven environment     
• Exposure to direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred     
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence     
• Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork and outstanding attention to detail     
• A passion for sales with proven success in sales attainment     
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology IT, software, or cloud sales experience preferred     
• You are a pro at prioritizing and organization. 
• You are driven, proactive and want a chance to grow with an ambitious team
   

Above all, you will be critical during this stage of the program’s development and instrumental in making the de-facto platform for Brands to distribute their products to independent retailers around the world.
