#10178 - Digital Marketing Executive, €35k - €40k, up to €20k commission, Dublin

We are looking to recruit a digital marketing executive based in Dublin for a competitive salary of €35k - €50k with and €20k on target earning on top of your salary. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and measure performance marketing activities:
    • Launch, monitor and optimize marketing spend in the different channels
    • Leverage all relevant digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social media, native and referral campaigns
    • Ensure implementation of tracking (primarily UTM) to allow visibility into campaign performance at all stages
    • Measure and report performance against target KPIs of candidate lead generation, and media spend & identify potential deviations and determine alternatives to reach targets
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize the media marketing ROI by interpreting results under different attribution models



  • Budgeting and forecasting:
    • Execute marketing spend according to budget and control the spending to avoid deviations
    • Develop together with National Sales Director & Direct Sales Recruitment Managers a forecast for media spend and allocation to reach our target lead volumes within ROI marketing target
    • Develop and execute a combined audience and creative testing plan
    • Conduct formal A/B testing plans to optimize campaigns and channels
    • Launch an audience-focused strategy to maximize traffic volume and quality with a focus on an automated contact strategy with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process




A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in a digital environment: online marketing, online advertising, and traffic acquisition

  • Analytical skills – has the ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and test hypotheses by applying statistical measures
  • Good technical skills and hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform [incl. Analytics, Google Ads, etc.]
  • Good technical skills and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads manager and Snapchat Ads Manager
  • Good technical skills and hands-on experience with Adobe CC [incl. Photoshop, After Effects, etc.]
  • Be able to clearly communicate key findings and suggested development tactics
  • Experience from working closely with media agency
  • Strong understanding of web, digital and emerging marketing technologies
  • Strong integrity and clean record




  • €35k - €40k basic salary
  • €20k on target earnings 
  • €12k monthly budget for ad geenration 
  • Monday - Friday
