#10177 - Customer Success Manager (Fluent in French), €32k, €6,500 bonus, Dublin

We are currently looking to recruit a customer success manager who is fluent in French and based in Dublin. The role offers an attractive salary and benefits package. 

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with one of the world’s leading e-learning platforms in tandem with one of their biggest clients. You will be responsible for ensuring users and clients are implementing best practices and utilizing the platform to its full potential. Day-to-day activities include email correspondence, client meetings, live demos and webinars, detail reporting as well as developing new strategies, and working on innovative ad-hoc special projects. 

You will be held to a high standard ensuring SLAs and KPIs are attained. We are looking for smart, ambitious people who are passionate about revolutionizing the way people collaborate and work.

As a Customer Success Manager your responsibilities could also include:

  • Drive a customer-first approach in every interaction 
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous customer accounts.
  • Engage in solutions-based conversations to identify and recommend the appropriate solutions for the customers
  • Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of Coursera’s products and services
  • Use a number of efficiency and relationship management tools effectively
  • Assist your peers and broader team in developing and growing within our organization 
  • Help be the voice of the customer to the product team
  • Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative
  • Delight every Coursera user with each interaction
  • Believe no task is too small, and no task is too tall 
  • Work across dynamic client relationships across two clients.

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • One year’s experience in customer and/or client facing role. 
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Public speaker, comfortable speaking in front of large numbers of people.
  • Strong hold Spreadsheets, Microsoft office and Suite
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills 
  • Self-motivated and accountable, combined with a strong sense of teamwork
  • You have an outstanding attention to detail
