#10116 - Account Executive, €27k, bonus, Dublin

We are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive based in Dublin for €27k plus a bonus. 


The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: 

Supporting the Field Sales Teams with administrative support to enable them to do the best possible job in field, while ensuring our clients have the necessary administrative support as required.



General Account Administrative Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in field
  • Issue resolution and assistance with field and client queries daily – e.g. working with our IT team to resolve issues with iPads when the sales team are in field
  • Process onboarding and offboarding of team members when required
  • Update and Maintenance of Field Team Call file
  • Liaise with part time/Tactical Team to arrange call coverage when required
  • Organization and Coordination of any client or field team meetings/conferences required throughout the year
  • Collation and submission of weekly timesheets for all account staff
  • Development of training materials for the field team, E.g. Any new Health & Safety or Sales training modules
  • Postage and dispatch duties to field team members when required
  • Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required



Reporting / IT

  • Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines
  • Understanding any information/insights from the reports that we do so that we can help our sales teams and clients with useful insights to help us sell more products in field/store.
  • Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations for clients to summarize our sales team’s performance



Logistics and Assets co-ordination

  • Arrange and maintain inventory and uniform levels with field staff
  • Arrange ordering, allocation, and distribution of program Assets with all field staff
  • Maintain account staff contact details and assets and equipment log
  • Maintain asset log of all vehicles, vehicle assets, fuel cards, tolls, and insurance for team
  • Always liaise with field staff to ensure sufficient equipment on hand and arrange replacements if required



Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Previous experience in an operation, reporting, administrative role is desirable
