The B2B Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business sales within a defined geographical territory and signing up specific Small to Medium Customers in the field.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
- Manage a defined business segment within your territory
- Achieve agreed KPIs
- Deliver sales and revenue targets
- Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
- Structured planning to maximize efficiency and volume of prospects
- Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels in your territory
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail in all aspects of role
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced target driven role in a field-based B2B setting
- Track record of delivering against targets in B2B sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end sales cycle management and of engaging with stakeholders from across all business segments and levels
- Competent IT Skills. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, particularly excel
Essential:
- Inherent ability to build trust and strong relationships with prospects and Customers
- Articulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability
- A role model of integrity, compliance, and best practice
- Exceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a field environment
- Excellent time management to effectively balance prospecting, pipeline management, sales, and revenue target delivery.
- Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly
- Work on own initiative and continually look for ways to improve sales performance
- Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues, and clients
- Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practices and add to the positive team dynamic
- Strong analysis and judgment skills to prioritize and focus on the best opportunities
- Full Irish driving license
- Fluent English
