#10051 - Retention Agent, €28,000 (Dublin 12)

We are recruiting Retention agents to join our customer's growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position and is based in Dublin 12 (close to the Luas Line). The basic salary is between €28,000 DOE with the commission on top.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Renegotiating customer contracts
  • Minimizing churn for new and existing customers through phone, SMS, email contact
  • Combined reactive and pro-active telephone retention of existing customers
  • Updating historical customer account issues
  • Maintaining and updating daily metrics, KPI etc.
  • Mainly inbound calls however will be required to make Outbound calls also


Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a call center role
  • Sales or retention experience is essential
  • Proven ability to work to strict targets to help achieve the team objectives
  • Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office required
  • Considerable attention to detail desired, problem-solving ability, and takes pride in their work
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organized manner
  • Excellent numerical skills are an advantage
  • Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Experience in a customer-centric industry is a key requirement
  • Excellent written and oral communication
